Arithmetic
The branch of mathematics dealing with the properties and manipulation of numbers. Use flash cards with your child daily, especially subtractio. Memorizing math facts builds students conficence, which will help with daily seat work and math test.

Thank you for entrusting me with the opportunity to teach your child, I am blessed in watching your child grow spiritually, academically, physically and socially. It ignites my heart to the love of teaching .
I am a firm believer that education begins at home. Working together will help your child be more confident as he or she works to achieve this year's goals.
As you spend time with your child each day, engage your child in talking about school related topics. Read with your child and encourage your child in areas of difficulty.

JUST A REMINDER...
This week you received a letter regarding the spring Parent-Teacher Conference. Conferences will be held on Friday, March 25th. There will be no school or day care that day due to the conferences.
